The largest wholesale fish market in Japan, Toyosu is the place to go for fresh sushi! As early as 3am in the morning, workers will estimate value for incoming products, and at 5:30am the auction starts. Buyers will move the purchased fish to the shops inside the market, and the Itamae (sushi chef) will begin to prepare fresh and tasty sushi!

Osaka – Dotonbori

Dotonbori is a must go for visitors to Osaka! With a history of more than 400 years, Dotonbori-gawa is a canal that runs between Shinsaibashi and Namba. Dotunbori is the perfect mix of shopping, specialty restaurants and street food, of which the most popular foods such as Okonomiyaki, Yakisoba and Takoyaki are recommended must-eats!
